Neil Morgan

Managing Director

Neil oversees the financial, strategic, marketing, IT and HR elements of the business.

He joined GoodFabs in 2008 when several teams pulled out of F1 and sponsors reduced their commitment to many race series. He spent two years looking at how GoodFabs could serve other industries and made inroads into marine, oil and gas, aerospace and defence sectors.

In 2010, a new GoodFabs workshop was established in Mooresville, North Carolina to better serve the NASCAR market.

Following the entry of new teams into F1 and the renewed commitment of automotive companies such as Renault and Honda to the sport, he initiated significant investment in machining capacity to ensure that GoodFabs could readily control the speed and guaranteed supply of jigs, tooling and machined components.

Paul Watson

General Manager

Since joining GoodFabs in 2016, Paul has overseen a complete overhaul of the processes used within the business as well as playing a pivotal role in the implementation of  a new ERP system. The combination of this work in tandem with a restructure of the teams and personnel within GoodFabs has seen a significant improvement in our ability to meet the needs of our customers from initial enquiry through to delivery and at each pint along the way.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, Paul works closely with Neil to facilitate and deliver the strategic aims of the business including most recently the launch of our US Heat Shielding JV, GFH Insulation, as well as the delivery of ISO 9001 accreditation.

Zak Westlake

Production & Quality Manager

Zak joined the GoodFabs team in October 2015 as part of an expanding back-office team. He quickly learned the intricacies of the quoting and became a solid back up for then-workshop manager Phil Levett, managing material purchase and deliveries as part of his expanding role. When the management team was restructured in 2021, Zak was promoted to Production & Quality Manager utilizing the knowledge he had gained at GoodFabs through direct interaction with the members of the workshop and the quoting and design process.

Zak has continued to expand his knowledge and is now the primary contact for quotations and drawing reviews, working with Paul to help implement the M1 ERP system and taking direct management responsibility for the Design and Inspection teams.
